הפקדת נתוני מחקר

מאגר הפקדה פתוח Open Access Repository)) כולל תוצרי מחקר כגון נתונים, מאמרים, טבלאות, מצגות וכל פריט דיגיטלי שרוצים להנגיש. כל פריט כזה מקבל אוטומטית Digital Object Identifier (DOI), מה שמקל על ציטוט ואיתור.

יש מאגרים נושאיים ויש כלליים. מטרת העל: מדע פתוח. מטרת המאחסנים: אחסון Supplementary Data המלווה מאמר לפרסום בגלל דרישת ההוצאות לאור. חשיפה – כן ולא; יש טענה שמנועי Google לא כל כך מוצאים חומרים מופקדים.

הפקדת מאמר שפורסם/ יפורסם בכתב עת: יש לעמוד בתנאי המו”ל בעת ההפקדה עקב העברת זכויות היוצרים אליו. לכל מו”ל דרישות משלו (ניתן למצוא אותן באתרו). לעתים קיימת הרשאה לפרסום גרסה מוקדמת או לפרסום לאחר תקופת אמברגו.

הפקדת תוצרי מחקר (שאינם מופיעים בצורת מאמר בכתב עת) במאגר פתוח: תיתכן הגבלה על פרסום החומר בכתבי עת. המו"לים עלולים לטעון שהתוצרים אינם חדשים ולכן אינם ראויים לפרסום.

Zenodo: מאגר מוכר על ידי ההוצאות לאור. פרויקט של CERN שמממן האיחוד האירופי והשימוש בו ללא תשלום. פתוח להפקדת מאמרים, מאגרי נתונים, תוכנות, דוחות וכדומה בכל התחומים ובכל צורה. כל חוקר רשאי לקבוע אם הגישה לחומרים המופקדים במאגר תהיה מוגבלת או פתוחה לציבור. יש קהילות שונות לפי פרויקטים, תחומי ידע או מוסדות מחקר.

All research outputs from across all fields of research are welcome! Zenodo accepts any file format as well as both positive and negative results. We choose to promote peer-reviewed openly accessible research, and we curate the uploads posted on the front-page.

Zenodo encourages you to share your research as openly as possible to maximize use and re-use of your research results. However, we also acknowledge that one size does not fit all. Therefore, we allow for uploading under a variety of different licenses and access levels.

A rough guide

Register In order to up- and download files from zenodo, you need to register as user
here: https://zenodo.org/signup/.
You can easily sign up with your ORCID number, creating your own zenodo profile. No registration is needed for accessing files on zenodo

Upload Once you have registered, you can upload files for a given community, Choose the file to uploaded (maximum size, 50GB)

Community – you don't need. A file can be uploaded at the same time to several communities if feasible

Each community has a curator that can/has to accept or reject an uploaded file for a given community. Sheba Library decided against creating one
